We are partnering with our client to hire a Plant Finance Manager with extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have superior time management skills/organizational skills, be detail oriented and have the ability to develop relationships.

Job Summary;

Responsibility for the financial control and reporting of the manufacturing facilities' financial performance, safeguarding plant assets and supporting business decisions with thorough analysis. You will be responsible for identifying trends and building and maintaining positive internal and external customer relationships.

As a key player you will also be a major influencer in the community; meeting with Government leaders, attending civic meetings and supporting community events. Not only will you have the financial acumen, you will also have the energy, passion and drive to represent the company is a positive manner.

Responsibilities
Timely and accurate financial and operational reporting relating to overall financial operations.
Monitoring risks, maintaining control procedures, costing processes and other plant-related process analysis.
Maintains proper internal and external financial controls - cycle counting, inventory and others.
Leverage all resources, including direct customer visits, negotiations, legal resources, sales personnel and management to succeed in minimizing company risk while maximizing cash flow.
Responsible for the primary communication relating to the financial conditions and impacts of transactions, proposals, forecasting and other initiatives as part of a decision process.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations based on information relative to the organizational financial goals and objectives.
Coordinate the collaborative collection of information relative to plant production, product costing, operational efficiencies manufacturing cost - labor, material, overhead, variance analysis, transportation, receiving, material cost, by product sales and disposal.
Support the company and its Finance organization with special projects as required and participate in interdepartmental, organizational and strategic meetings and assignments.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree (BA); MBA strongly preferred, coupled with other professional licensing such as CPA, CIA, CTP or CVA.
Minimum of 12 years professional experience in a manufacturing or food production / service environment.
Team player mentality.
Superior time management skills/organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships.
Detail-oriented while performing each essential duty satisfactorily.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
