Senior Plant Manager

Role Summary:
Unison Norwich facility is a leading manufacturer of sensors and alternators and is considered an Aviation Brilliant Factory. The Senior Plant Manager will demonstrate accountability for functional, business and broad company objectives. In addition, as the Senior Plant Manager, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning and strategy.
Essential Responsibilities:
Additionally, as the Senior Plant Manager, Key Responsibilities will include:
+ Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise
+ Involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy
+ Provide leadership to all organizations and individuals in the plant in order to meet customer requirements for quality, cost and delivery
+ Provide development of Staff Leaders to guide plant and support organizations
+ Work with customers, functional leaders and internal staff to meet organizational requirements
+ Lead the establishment and attainment of plant goals in quality, cost, schedule, compliance and safety
+ Establish and maintain the plant vision for success
+ Facilitate the leadership team in strategic decision-making and problem-solving
+ Provide leadership development and performance feedback to the plant staff
+ Establish and maintain positive citizenship through community organizations and the media
+ Work with local legislative bodies to promote decisions with a positive impact on the business
+ Develop and track expense and investment budgets with the input of each organization
+ Establish and adjust an organizational structure that best supports the plant goals and measurements
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Plant Management
Desired Characteristics:
+ Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college is preferred
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
+ Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
+ Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
+ Established project management skills
+ Knowledge of products and processes for customer requirements and budgeting/financial processes

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
