JAX Customer Service Support 3

Essential Responsibilities:
PO/contract review for compliance (Ex: check that all applicable documents are enclosed etc.)
Execute/transact ERP transactions (WIP material transactions, receiving transactions, internal/external sales order transactions, Repair station entry transactions).
Frequent communication with customers; Run/produce computer generated reports.
Process OEM/RMA returns; Process orders for no quote customers.
Process orders for quote & Go customers and submit via GE Global email box.
Process New Exchange orders for no quote customers
Process New Exchange orders for quote & go customers and submit via GE Global email box.
Complete understanding of OEM/RMA process and procedures
Complete understanding of Repair processes and procedures
Expedite parts/work orders through own cell or departments as required.
Work closely with fulfillment, product support and Manufacturing Engineer as required
Frequent interaction with internal and/or external customers and support functions (i. e. Planners, Engineering) outside of home department.
Utilize proper PPE, safety equipment, and follow safety procedures
Train lower level employees, and work with limited supervision. Cross-train other employees as needed based upon knowledge and experience.
Participate in and assist leading team Initiatives; Other duties as required.
This role is restricted to U. S. persons (i. e., U. S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U. S. C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE will require proof of status prior to employment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Actively participate in a teaming environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve products and processes
Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficient ERP Skills including Depot to Repair module
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Basic math skills
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Desired Characteristics:
At least 2 years of experience in Repair Station; Experience in a self-directed team environment
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 5S practices
Experience using Oracle; Strong Customer Service background
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
FAA Drug test requirement

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
