SAP S4 HANA Order to Cash SD Functional Lead

This role will be responsible for working alongside Information Services and Business Resources to gather project requirements and convert the requirements into solutions for the core ERP and supporting Integration systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of the core SAP Configuration and Design best practices to ensure success in this position.
This position can be based out of our NYC Soho location OR our ERP Project location in Norwich, NY.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Perform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, Fit/Gap Analysis, System Testing, Documentation (FDD/TDD) and End User Training
Study and analyze different business processes related to the existing state
Conduct gap analysis of the as-is design and development of the to-be design in accordance with a global template
Configuration of the primary modules - SD, FI Cash, Credit, Rebate modules & LE
Analyze integration requirements and work with legacy, 3rd party software and non-SAP systems
Support all forms of Testing as executed in standard SAP platforms
Assist with end user training and prepare user procedure manual
Collaborate with Business teams and provide industry standard solutions
Provide support on SAP environment, performing triage and solve specific issues as needed
Other duties as assigned
The requirements of this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field preferred or Associates Degree with minimum 7 years experience in role required
7-10 years of experience required
5-7 years of experience with the following SAP business process workstreams - SAP Order to Cash (O2C)
At least 1 Full Life Cycle (FLC) implementations S/4 HANA/Fiori or minimum 2-3 FLCs of ECC in the modules of Sales & Distribution (SD), Credit, Cash & Settlement Mgmt., Revenue Accounting, Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) & EDI Order & Billing Management
Strong understanding of cross functional integration with Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM) & Production Planning (PP-PI)
Deep experience in hands-on configuration is a must
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Functional hands-on expertise in re-designing and/or recommending improvements, in SD, LE, EDI and cross functional integration with FI-AR, WM & PP-PI
Hands on experience in working with EDI Order & Billing Management & RICEFW objects
Ability to provide techno-functional specifications and work with ABAP/Developer teams
Familiarity with ABAP4 Workbench tools is preferred
Familiarity in working with Solman is preferred
Excellent team member with an ability to perform individually with minimal supervision, good interpersonal relations, strong communication skills and highly motivated
Ability to lead collaborative teams during steady state/post go-live/strategic solutions
Minimum Travel requirements ? up to 100% during Project implementation stage & up to 50% thereafter
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in process based industries such as CPG/FMCG/Chemicals/Food & Beverage/Pharma industries

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
