Sweeping, vacuuming and washing floors and stairs in agreed areas weekly and as needed.

Dusting surfaces and light fixtures weekly.
Cleaning bathrooms weekly.
Since this would be a full time position we would also be looking for someone to cook meals and clean up afterward.
